Product Quality, Shipping and Return Policy

Our Jerseys:  All of the jerseys we sell are 100% original Adidas, Nike, Puma or Kappa Products. All of the products are made of 100% Polyester and are directly purchased from authorized resellers in Europe at wholesale prices. The ink we use when Jerseys have names or numbers on the back is also the original ink that is used on the official Jerseys that are worn by players. Each product will arrive with the Adidas Tag as well as covered with a plastic bag. 

Shipping: All of the Products we sell are shipped through either DHL Priority Shipping or FedEx Economy Shipping. Shipments are sent within 4 business days of placing an order. You should receive your DHL or FedEx tracking number via email by then. Your product will then take between 3 to 6 business days to arrive if you ship via DHL Priority or between 1 to 2 weeks if you ship via FedEx Economy. DHL or FedEx will notify you directly if your product is delayed.

Return Policy: We trust you will be satisfied with your La Vinotinto Shop purchase. However, should you decide the merchandise is not satisfactory, the La Vinotinto Shop return policy is stated below.

The merchandise may be mailed back to us, or returned to any La Vinotinto Shop location. Please leave all merchandise tags attached. Also, please note that if you choose to mail the merchandise back, you will be responsible for the shipping fees. We recommend that you insure the package and ship via a traceable method.

La Vinotinto Shop will issue a refund in the form of the amount of the original tender paid (including sales tax) or La Vinotinto Shop will issue a Vinotinto Gift Card, at the customer's choice, when each of the following conditions have been met: 1. The merchandise must be returned within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of purchase, except as otherwise stated on the face of the packing slip or on the item's product page; and 2. The merchandise must be in its original, unused condition unless there is a manufacturer's defect.

If the merchandise being returned was purchased using a credit card and we credit your account, the credit will show on the statement you receive after the issuing bank applies the credit.

Please note that once you make a purchase the charge on your credit card bill will appear as La Vinotinto Shop LLC, on your credit card statement.

Refund Policy: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card. It should take 8 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account. The buyer will be responsible for all return shipping costs to the merchant.

If a product arrives to your address broken or defective you are elegible for a full refund. Just email us at ar18official@gmail.com and we will offer you a full refund, or if you wish we can also re-ship your item free of charge.

We do not accept returns for products which are not broken or delivered incorrectly.
